What happened in P&A:
Attempted to dress off cement after the sample in the UCA cell started to build compressive strength, but could not find any hard cement when dressing off. It was later noticed by the cementer offshore that the 9210 psi pressure was not representative of the downhole conditions. The UCA cell should have been set to around 7000 psi

What Was Planned

According to the Cement Program a sample of the last cement plug for P&A Plug #1 to be set in the UCA cell with pressure set to 9210 psi

What Was Learned

When the UCA cell is set to incorrect pressure compared to the actual condition downhole its not representative and can not be used to verify that the cement downhole have sufficient compressive strength.
